All members of the Service Department are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Everything is done with the client’s time and wishes in consideration. I have never had a negative experience at the dealership!
Everyone that I have worked with at Hendricks in Monroe is very knowledgeable and very professional. They all have gone the extra mile to get a vehicle that meets my needs. I do not hesitate to call with a question or problem because I know they are ready to work with me!
Upon my arrival to the dealership I drive into the bay for my vehicle to be serviced. I exited the vehicle and stood in front of the customer service desk to be assisted. Jessica hung up the telephone as she was one a call and there were two other gentlemen standing at the desk; NOT ONE OF THE INDIVIDUALS!!! Dave came from the shop/service area and acknowledged/assisted me. After approximately 2 hrs I returned to the customer service area to inquire as to when my vehicle would be ready (there were several customers who arrived after I did that already has services completed and gone. FYI - yes i had an appt and yes I arrived early). Upon my return to the customer service desk, once again the same individuals were at the customer service desk but no one acknowledged my presence. Like before NO ONE acknowledged my presence until Dave saw me standing at the desk. Just like before he walked up to assist me from the shop area. After hearing my concerns, seeing that i was extremely upset, Dave updated me on the status of my car. Dave was very apologetic and sought to make things right as well as provide service recovery. Dave provides great customer service and communication throughout the entire ordeal. My ratings are based solely on Dave and his customer service provides. He will be ONLY REASON that my wife and I will consider choosing to return for further services.
Good experience. The only negative was that the service underwriter said he would call me when the service on my vehicle was complete but never called. I called near the end of the day and was told my vehicle was ready. All personnel were very cordial.
