I arrived at 10:20 for a 10:30 appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. At 11:40 I checked the status and was told it would be about 20 minutes. I then observed my truck being driven into the building for service. It had been parked out back since I checked in. The work was completed at 12:20. 2 hours for routine service is unacceptable, considering I had made the appointment a week in advance. The tech did a good job. This is a scheduling/management problem.
Went in to get key fob reprogrammed 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled appt. Was told before I made the appt it would take about an hour. I went in to check status after 2 hours and vehicle still had not been pulled in. After I complained knowing I had an hour still to wait after they finally get to it, they were able to get me in and out in about 20 minutes. I really like Chris Wright in Service though. He is awesome to work with and the only one I care to deal with at the service counter. This review is not to be held against him. In the past, wait times were not this long and things seemed to go more smoothly. I hope they figure out the problem and get it resolved. Hopefully I can offer better rating next time.
I just moved here from Texas and noticed an oil spot on my driveway. When I brought my car in, I was waited on quickly, and was told of diagnostic charge if it was not covered under my warranty. I did make an appointment and after time, the service guy came over and said what the problem was and that it was covered under my warranty and they could fix it in a couple of hours. I was so pleased!! I have a 2016 Chevy Cruz that gets 51 MPG on the hiway and just turned over to 41K and I love this car. So happy I do not have to worry about anything and they were able to handle it.
Service just takes way too long. One of our other cars is a Mercedes, gets serviced at Hendrick Mercedes... You get a loner car, the wash the ouside, vacuum the inside, and still get the car back to you in half the time this location does
My only issue is that it was a good experience this time, but so bad on Friday, March 13th that I just decided to drive off after waiting in line, in my car, for over a half hour. This time I arrived at my appointment time, 8:10 am on July 17. No cars in front of me at the door with the green light. Sat there for over 10 minutes before someone noticed I was there and opened the door. Not a big deal, but not the service I have come to expect here over the past 11 years. I am also considering that we are in the times of Covid19. Service itself was good.
I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and waited 1/2 hour for my car to be taken in. I was told there would be a wait because they had other cars before me. Why did I go through the process of making an appointment when drive-in were taken first?
Service advisor was ready at the time of appointment, got car in quickly, processed coupons correctly, and had car ready in less than 2 hours. Visit was for recommended oil change and tire rotation, not major service but handled well.
