Very friendly people, but it took too long. I made an appointment thinking it help to save time. My appointment was at 12:00 and did not get done until a little after 2:00. I know they were busy but still I thought an appointment would help. I was over an hour late getting back to work. Next time I don't know if I will make an appointment, it doesn't seem to help.
You have two people that really shows what team work is all about. Chris Wright & Jessica Hall. I work with Chris all the time( Could not ask for better). He was busy when I arrived, Jessica took all my information and gave it to Chris. Both these folks know what customer service is all about. A pleasure to work with, best in the business!!!
1.They did service that the advisor and I agreed could be put off until my NEXT visit. 2.They didn't fix the worst of the problems they found. (an axel seal leak) 3.They did an oil change, removed my old Date/Mileage sticker and DID NOT put a new one on. 4.They DID NOT call me when my vehicle was done, and it sat there for half a day until I called to check on it. They said the phone number wasn't good, yet it is correct on all the invoice paperwork. I spent almost $1,200.00 on this visit! I'm NOT complaining about that - except for the work that was done and NOT authorized, but I would think this work this much work would have been better organized and managed! You have been servicing BOTH of our Equinoxes since we moved back to the Charlotte area 5 years ago, and you sold and serviced BOTH of our Blazers - back when you were Freedom Chevrolet from 1995-2000, and this is the WORST experience I've ever had at Hendrick. We are really NOT happy, and since my wife and I are BOTH looking at getting new Equinoxes to replace the 2011 & 2012s we have now in the Spring, we will be thinking long and hard about WHERE we look for those NEW vehicles.
