Work was finished in a timely manner. Service rep was very informative of what needed to be repaired, even helped with the price of the Oxygen sensors that the warranty did not cover (why they weren't covered is still a mystery to me). A pleasure to deal with.
Had to wait 4 hours for a simple maintenance. As soon as my account was pulled up sells men started about doing repair and trading in my vehicle and upgrading. Once the service was complete there was another list of repairs along with some thing that I know do not need to be changed example my rear breaks. They explained I needed both rear and front breaks. I informed them I had already changed the rear breaks myself and knew they didnt need to be changed. The sells men proceeds to say he didnt mean both front and rear breaks I only needed the front breaks done.
So I brought my car into this dealership because it wouldnt start after the technician diagnosed it the service advisor Dave called to tell me that it was a blown head gasket a leak in the reservoir and coolant in the engine costing $3400 in repairs so I then got my mother involved and after speaking with Dave several minutes he wasnt really clear as to where the leak was or exactly where the problem was coming from we as women dont really understand mechanics so she wanted to get him to explain it to her mechanic friend who does so that we didnt give him a hard time and the advisor seemed to be too busy so she suggested he call her back and he never did after a few hours the service manager Shawn called and told me after further examination that it was also a fuel related issue and that water was in the tank and recommended a fuel flush cleaning and oil change for the coolant mixture costing $650 to repair upon arrival Dave showed us samples of the gas and water in the tank but Shawn could not insure flushing and tank cleaning it would fix the issue if we did pay for the repair I have never felt more displeased and taken advantage of because it was a simple cost efficient fix and they were attempting to rip me off when the car eventually started when the gas samples were taken out and good gas was put in costing me only $93 in the end I hope something is done about this as its a complete disregard for struggling customers during this difficult time.
Its been quite a saga waiting for GM to produce the necessary part needed to complete the repair, but the Service Department and Parts Department staff has been outstanding Through the process. Only disappointment came from a communication breakdown on Saturday. Following the service and state inspection, there was no mention from the tech that called me or the Service Team regarding the inspection results coming back as Non-Ready Reject due to no OBD results available, presumably due to the battery being disconnected during service. Had to research what that designation means and how it will effect the ability to renew the vehicle registration.
First dealership that I visited that really listened to what my plan was for proceeding through the process of purchasing the way I wanted to (They didn't try to talk me out of zero % 84 month financing.) Did not pressure me with add ons. Did a great job of explaining them without being pushy and the overall experience was like buying a car from old friends even though I didn't know anyone going in. Excellent job of selling in a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect in every way !
The staff, facility, and overall experience was great. The total amount of time involved with our purchase was a bit excessive. We had most everything handled before we arrived and still took close to three hours. We enjoyed our time, but like you everyone have busy schedules to manage.
